We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Your right to cancel

You can cancel your order and return it within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Please contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery, and send the item back within a further 14 days.

Condition of returns

Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Lost parcels

If your parcel does not arrive, contact us and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
